  • Shannon Park Redevelopment plan has been submitted to Halifax Planning.

  • Excavation is about to begin for 5858 Macara. Approved in 2019 for a 19-storey mixed-use development. The property owner is Banc Group who developed Point North two blocks away.   • Rumours state that United Memorial Church on Kaye Street is up for redevelopment as a 7-storey residential building.

  • Demolition is underway at 1581 Dresden Row. In 2013 the Dresden Row Lofts project was approved for the site. Design Review Committee Approval Report.
