I am a route measurement officer with Canada Post and this blog has been very helpful. Thank you! I have a couple of sites noted that are not in your blog and thought you may want to include them 6450 Bayers Road and 5389 Russell (this was a school and not sure what the project is) thanks again

I’m glad to hear the site is useful to others!

      – 6450 Bayers is part of B Young. I keep forgetting to go to that area for photos.
      – Russell Street is a replacement for St. Joseph’s-Alexander McKay school.

The vast number of new constructions has completed changed Halifax for me. My main concern has to do with the local infrastructure. I don’t trust government to take on the task of ensuring that the local infrastructure is adequate. I read the Halifax Water posted an $18 million budget deficit!! It wasn’t that long ago that we pumped raw sewage into the harbor. NS Power wanted to charge customers $34 million for damages caused by Hurricane Fiona. All I’m saying is that in the next 5 years, I expect lots of problem in Halifax as the new apartment building open. Thought you might be interested. I’m thinking of leaving Halifax, as the city I liked, is gone.

I don’t see The Winslow listed on their website but the developer is Flex Build so it will be here when it is available. https://www.flexbuild.co/apartments-for-rent
