  • Demolition permit is in the works for NEEDS CONVENIENCE at 6130 CHEBUCTO ROAD, HALIFAX.
  • Building permits submitted for 2032 ROBIE STREET & 2033 PARKER STREET, HALIFAX to allow a 22 -storey / 101-unit and 5-storey / 36-unit residential buildings. This site is owned by Westwood Group and the high-rise was approved by development agreement before Centre Plan which allowed the new mid-rise building.
  • Building permit submitted for  6230 QUINPOOL ROAD, HALIFAX to allow a 6-storey / 21-unit residential building. This is a parking lot next to Pleasures N’ Treasures.
  • Building permit submitted for 75 BROOKLINE DRIVE in THE PARKS OF WEST BEDFORD for a 10-storey / 154-unit residential building at $30.8M.
  • Building permit submitted for the last phase of RICHMOND YARDS for a 7-storey / 75-unit mixed-use building. This is the current excavation site at Robie Street.
  • Building permit submitted for 344 PRINCE ALBERT ROAD, DARTMOUTH for a 4-storey / 12-unit residential building. This is in the quiet area behind Superstore.
  • Building permit submitted for phase two of MOFFATT’S PHARMACY at 190 PORTLAND STREET, DARTMOUTH for a 9-storey mixed-use building bringing the total residential units up to 133.
