- Demolition permit has been submitted for 184 PORTLAND STREET, DARTMOUTH. This is the current Moffatts Pharmacy. It appears Phase two will occur, which is a mixed-use building of about 15 floors.
- Building permit has been issued for 3036 OXFORD STREET, HALIFAX. It allows for 68 Residential Units over 7 floors at a cost of $10M.
- DOLLARAMA will be moving back into Halifax Shopping Centre. It’s current home is within phase 1 of the West End Mall redevelopment plan.
