NO THANKS! Traffic is already a mess with the current Brunello residents and the traffic coming from Hubley and Beechville and Lakeside to Sobeys! The schools are already very overcrowded out here! Build the new schools first!!!!!

Poor planning. There is an open dump/landfill across the street too. Who really wants to live there with all that summer stench. This is a bad plan.

sorry but we need more multiunit buildings instead of just single family homes. Might even be nice if 1 or 2 were designated for seniors since there is nothing out in this area for seniors
