Nov 26/23 Permits

  • The first multi-unit residential building at The Parks of Lake Charles had their permit issued. 71 Terrastone Ridge – 73 Units – 6 Floors – $24M
  • Halifax Fire & Rescue has submitted a permit for their new headquarters and Fire Station #1 at 10 Science Park Drive, Bedford (near Gary Martin Drive).
  • An unnamed restaurant will be moving into Unit 0230 in Bedford Place Mall.

    Is the “parks of lake Charles” breaking ground now? And is there an access of the 107 forest hills extension?

      Yes, the initial phase is off of Waverley Road near Barry’s Run. The 107 connection won’t happen for quite a few years.
