New proposals by APL Properties Ltd and Westwood Developments for the Robie/Quinpool/Parker block. Three new buildings are proposed consisting of 68 Metres / 22 floors (Robie & Quinpool), 59 Metres / 18 floors (Robie Street), and 33 Metres / 11 floors (Quinpool & Windsor/Parker). Total of 185 residential units, ~12’000 sq ft of commercial space, and 81 hotel units. Renderings are available towards the end of the staff report.
