NOW U/C! WM Fares next major project is now underway in North-End Halifax. A grade alteration permit was just issued  for the long planned W.A.Y. which, when fully built out, will have 3×40 storeys. Check out the website listed in the first photo for more renderings and details.

Young Developments Inc has submitted a development-only permit for ~933 units for the vacant lot at Windsor/Bayers/Young. There is a WM Fares rendering that I can’t post showing three towers of 33-40 floors.
