Housing Trust Approval
On Tuesday, February 17th, Halifax & West Community Council approved the development agreements for 2183 & 2215 Gottingen Street. The projects are two mid-rise buildings with affordable housing and street-level commercial aspects included. The original MPS/LUB amendments were appealed but later allowed by the NSUARB.
