Designed to mimic the Hydrostone Market the building will feature ground floor retail (with lower level access), second floor offices, and third floor apartments.     In August construction should begin on the National Film Board (NFB) building on Barrington Street. It is rumoured that The Alexander will start-up in the Fall. Avonhurst will start occupancy in October which will turn Dexel’s attention to St. Joseph’s Square. Also this fall, Q Lofts will wrap up and Polycorp’s next target is Aria…
