Demolition is well underway. The property will be developed by a joint J2K Properites and Cresco Homes partnership. No permits have been submitted but there has been mention of four mixed-use buildings from 10-40 floors.

Cresco is preparing for demolition of part of Dartmouth Shopping Centre. The plan is to build multiple mixed-use towers.
