  • Housing Trust Approval

    On Tuesday, February 17th, Halifax & West Community Council approved the development agreements for 2183 & 2215 Gottingen Street. The projects are two mid-rise buildings with affordable housing and street-level commercial aspects included. The original MPS/LUB amendments were appealed but later allowed by the NSUARB. Roberts & Maynard is a new proposal consisting of a 7 storey (+ penthouse) residential building and ground floor retail for the vacant lot across from Q Lofts. The Wallis was introduced to the Design Review Committee earlier this summer.…
