  • Harris East weekly update. Excavation continues at a brisk pace. With only one floor underground and small building footprint it shouldn’t be long before we see concrete trucks!

    The Halifax Developments Map has been updated with new renderings from W.M. Fares Group (http://www.wmfares.com/)! Roberts & Maynard is a new proposal consisting of a 7 storey (+ penthouse) residential building and ground floor retail for the vacant lot across from Q Lofts. The Wallis was introduced to the Design Review Committee earlier this summer.…

  • 2814 Isleville. Work continues on the interior walls forming the future parkade lobby. The elevator shaft can easily been seen. The half wall has been poured underneath the future parkade access ramp (see outline on right).
