It’s Our Birthday & Subscription

This week marks the 2nd birthday of HalifaxDevelopments.ca! 🎂

Thank you to all of our subscribers for their support.

The “Projects We’re Following” has been updated and now includes links to the Construction Management Plan, when available, hosted on Halifax’s Official Website. The CMP usually have a rendering included.

During the winter months the “Permit Tracking” page will be updated weekly. Check in on Monday mornings to see updates from the previous business week.

We will be adjusting the subscription price for NEW SUBSCRIBERS ONLY in a couple of weeks. The new rate will be $4 PER MONTH OR $40 PER YEAR (get 2 months for free!). If you’ve been thinking of subscribing we recommend doing so before the increase!

And a reminder that this website is independently run. We are not associated with any specific developer or government. This site for photography and consolidated development information. The site receives income only from subscriptions. As a result, any emails we receive asking to apply to rent are promptly deleted. Please use the websites listed on the “Projects We’re Following” page to contact individual property management or development companies.
