Cogswell Block “B”

The first development block for Cogswell District has been created. Block “B” (centre) is bounded by Barrington Street (background), Cogswell Street (right), Upper Water Street (foreground), and Reconciliation Way (left). The lot is owned by Crombie as part of a land deal that HRM needed to make Granville Park. Specifics are unknown at this time, but the area will be ramparts maximum, so expect a highrise possibly taller than the nearby office buildings. Construction could begin as Crombie wraps up The Marlstone in 2026.
