1766 Robie (at Cedar) and 1816 Robie (at Cherry) have grade alteration permits submitted to allow for excavation for future multi-unit buildings.

2542 Robie (near Willow) has a demolition permit submitted to make way for a future apartment building. This is adjacent to a large lot demolished in 2023.
