  • $72.8M – The Marlstone (1871 Albemarle Street, Halifax) – 20 Floors – 291 Units – Construction underway.
  • $54.8M – Hayden Auto Redevelopment (215 Wyse Road, Dartmouth) – 9 Floors – 203 Units – Submitted in August
  • $45.2M – Navy Lane Condos (2250 Maitland Street, Halifax) – 10 Floors – 175 Units – Submitted in December
  • $44.0M – Lancaster Villas (4 Lancaster Drive, Dartmouth) – 8 Floors – 176 Units – Construction underway.
  • $42.1M – Shannex Bedford Square (Starboard Drive, Halifax) – 8 Floors – 154 Units – Construction underway.
  • $36.0M – The Jazz (Barrington Street, Halifax) – 7 Floors – 117 Units – Submitted in March.
  • $33.8M – Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency Headquarters (10 Science Park Drive, Bedford) – 2 Floors – Government – Submitted in November
  • $33.1M – The Sagewood Expansion (321 Cobequid Road, Lower Sackville) – 4 Floors – 144 Units – Construction underway.
