The long rumoured redevelopment of the northeast corner of Young & Windsor is going to Regional Council for it’s initiation report next week. Renderings are unavailable at this time however it is known that there will be two residential buildings (21 & 16 floors) and a low-rise commercial building framing the rounded corner. Massing models and site plans are available in the staff report.
