ST. DAVID’S HALL – CASE 19516

St. David’s Presbyterian Church is proposing to demolish and rezone their church hall lands on Brunswick Street. They are looking to construct a 7-storey mixed use building with upper storey residential apartments and ground floor commercial & church offices. The ground floor is planned to have a full glass facade fronting Brunswick and parking access off of Market Street. The remainder will have a stone and pre-cast facade. 

The proposal has a long process before final approval can be issued consisting of rezoning, the Deisgn Review Committee, and heritage alteration application.

A Public Information Meeting will be held on October 20th at City Hall.
