Roberts & Maynard is a new proposal consisting of a 7 storey (+ penthouse) residential building and ground floor retail for the vacant lot across from Q Lofts.
The Wallis was introduced to the Design Review Committee earlier this summer. The plan calls for a 7 storey brick residential building with ground floor commercial space on the corner of Hollis & South (formerly home to Victorian era rowhouses destroyed by fire in 2010).
The Benjamin Wier House a few blocks north on Hollis Street is proposed to retained with a contemporary 5 storey glass addition in the rear.
